For today's class, you had been asked to study the recording entitled : UNICEF AMBASSADOR SHAKIRA SPEAKS OUT ON HIV - AIDS and fill in a form with some key details. First things first, you were reminded of the importance of the keywords in the title to figure out what the topic could be.
Next, in turns, you shared your findings and took down some additional notes while listening to your classmates. Today you learnt how to make sense of a recording. You were reminded of the key elements you should focus on while listening to help you comment on the document. You were expected to give as many details as possible and to comment on the ideas put forward, the speaker's tone and point of view.
