What Superpower would you like to have ?
Speak in class and listen to English
Last lesson you were introduced to the topic of
the Project through a Brainstorming activity .
Superheroes
Together we created a spider diagram (a spider's web)
Then I had you listen to several 'YouTubers" trying
to answer the question :
What is your full definition of a superhero ?
You were expected to focus on stressed words and
repetitions to help you give your own definition of
a "superhero".

I had you watch a Powerpoint to test your knowledge
of SUPERPOWERS and see if you have a Super Memory!
Here it is !
It was a good opportunity to introduce some useful
verbs (superpowers ) as well as to quote some great Marvel
superheroes.
Click on Superman's logo to view the Worksheet you
completed today. (superpowers)
Finally you were split into groups for an ultimate challenge.
I had you listen to a SONG about Superheroes . You were
expected to list all the superpowers mentioned.
You will have to wait until tomorrow to find out which team
will be awarded 3 Dojo credits!
HW:
- Mémoriser le vocabulaire de la leçon. Visionner le diaporama
ci- dessus sans les aides pour verifier la mémorisation.
et écrire l' Infinitif/ le Preterit/ et le Partice Passé
des verbes irréguliers sur la fiche
- Rédiger 2 phrases pour parler des supers pouvoirs que
vous aimeriez avoir si vous étiez le SuperHero d'un jour. Ne pas
oublier de justifier vos choix!
